Almost all of the children in this cooperative's membership had previously attended grades K-9 at SouthWestern Christian School and it should be noted that the purpose of SWCS is similiar to our own. We believe that GRACE HOMESCHOOL COOPERATIVE should be used as an extension of the home and church and not as a substitution or a replacement of them. It is the purpose of the cooperative to assist homeschool parents in meeting their God-given responsibilities of training by giving them an environment in which their children can achieve their highest potential, spiritually, mentally, academically, emotionally, and physically. To promote cooperation, communication and unity of spirit among homeschool parents, students and facilitators. To encourage understanding among parents concerning the cooperative's objectives. To provide a means for parents to be fully involved and of great service to the homeschool cooperative. We believe that there is hope and a bright future for our children. A Christ-centered education imparts a Biblical world and life view, which prepares them to fulfill the purpose of God in their own generation. | |
